Teleconferences / Phone Feeds
TruTranscripts can record your audio via telephone;
also known as a phone feed. Your event is fully
monitored by an in-house technician to ensure
that sound quality is maintained throughout the
recording. For time coded phone feeds, simply
provide us with your start time at the beginning
of the feed, and we’ll time code the audio
recording and ultimately your finished transcript.
Internet Audio Capture
By utilizing the latest in audio video software, TruTranscripts
can download recorded events, such as webcasts,
seminars and presentations via the Internet.
Just give us the link or URL access and we'll
take it from there.
FTP Site
TruTranscripts offers its clients the convenient option of uploading and downloading files using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). The TruTranscripts FTP site offers the most efficient and secure means of transferring files from one computer to another via the Internet. Should you choose this option we will create a user account for you by providing a user name and password. You can then upload your audio files onto that FTP site. TruTranscripts will collect the information from the folder and upon completion of your transcripts, return the documents through our process of conversion and file transfer.
Conversion and File Transfer
Approximately 98% of our finished transcripts
are returned to our clients via e-mail. We have
the ability to convert your transcripts to the
PC and/or Macintosh software of your choice enabling
you to electronically access your documents with
ease.
Analog and Digital Audio Transfer
TruTranscripts is fully equipped to dub and
prepare our VHS, DAT, Mini Disc, BETA, etc, for
transcription purposes. We can also transfer
your analog audio to digital format.
If you have any old recordings on tape or even
pre-recorded music that you would like to put
into your digital library or iPod, we can take
those recordings and digitize them, then burn
the files to a CD or upload them to an FTP
folder for you. We can even
boost the volume on hard to hear audio.
On-Site Audio/Video Recording
Whether you are hosting an executive meeting, interview, product launch or medical presentation, our highly skilled transcription experts will be on site to capture the sound and visual aspect of your event.

Dial-In Dictation
In addition to our personally monitored teleconferences / phone feeds, we now make dial-in dictation easy with the installation of our 24 hour digital recorder. Call in and record your dialogue in this automated system. No attendant is needed. Your material is stored into memory where we will retrieve it, and prepare your transcription in the timely manner you’ve come to expect.
